The auto-entrepreneur benefits from the legal presumption of non-salaried work

This presumption can be destroyed if, in fact, the “auto-entrepreneur” is in a relationship of subordination with regard to the person for whom he works. A driver registered as a self-employed person is actually an employee if the company provides him with the trucks, gives him the dates of intervention, leaves him no independence in the organization of his work...
